At Elka Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, we offer returns for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship to Studio

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use a trackable postal service to send your parcel to our returns department.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
